I am second year MSc. student in Computer Science and Engineering Program at Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Sabanci University. I am interested in Heuristic Search, Bioinformatics and Knowledge Representation and Reasoning. Currently, I am working on search based solutions to genome rearrangement problems under supervision of Dr. Esra Erdem.
I am a member of Knowledge Representation and Reasoning group (KRR) of Dr. Esra Erdem and Cognitive Robotics Group headed by Dr. Esra Erdem and Dr. Volkan Patoglu. For detailed information, see my CV.
