About Alp

Background

Alp Özüpekoğlu was born in Kadikoy, Istanbul in 1988. He graduated from a German-origin Anatolian School (U.A.K.A.L.). He was admitted to Sabanci University in the fall semester of 2006 due his score in University Entrance Exam. Although he wanted to study Industrial Engineering at my university, he decided to apply for Electronics Engineering Program. He is still maintaining his education with SU Encouragement Scholarship, which was given due to his academic success at each term.

He can speak English (advanced), German(upper-intermediate), French(basic) and Persian(basic). He also took roles in social facilities. He had worked in a team project called Science Across the World, for 2 years.

He likes playing beach-volley, table tennis, football, basketball and squash, and doing karate. He is a strong fan of Galatasaray. He also likes travelling. He has visited Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Holland, France and Canada so far.
