Parallel
Port in WinXP Microsoft Windows XP doesn’t let user–mode access to the
ports of the computer for security reasons. However, you can use the program userport.exe if you really need to
access the ports of your computer. Download the file userport.zip below. Once the download
finishes, unzip the files and you are ready to access any port of your
computer. In particular, a manual for the activation of parallel
port is provided below. You can download this manual using the link ParallelActivation.pdf
below. Follow the steps in the manual to run userport.exe efficiently. I
